  1. Hi Greg. I am following your troubles with the super lefties very closely. But what I have found is it is not very useful to associate with super righties when under attack. It is an easy trap to fall into. I can tell you that super righties are just as capable of starting violence against their opponents as the lefties. I do not think there is really a nickel’s worth of difference between them, really.

The radical right will use us, but when we allow it, we become discredited. We need to work together to convince more moderate lefties to dissociate themselves with the lumpenproletariate. And that is exactly what these jokers are, according to Marx’s own definition; misfits who can be recruited to act as thugs for opportunists. Old Karl warned against any leader who surrounded himself with such people. tr

@tim rourke – Apparently you don’t understand how the spectrum works. The truth is voluntaryism is on the far libertarian/anarchist left and far libertarian/anarchist right. As for the protests by the Black Bloc, everyone should be distancing themselves from them. I agree with Mr. Renouf when it comes to the Black Bloc. They are major trouble makers. The peaceful left and peaceful right that want protests based on solving problems such as fixing the economy and getting back to sound money is I am sure what most people agree with. In fact, the peaceful types advocate non-violence and pacifism which is normal by the pacifist left and pacifist right. What I am talking about are the anarchists of the left and right which are on the fringes of the libertarian side of the spectrum.

Of course, I do agree with former leaders of Russia that capitalism would turn into fascism as a result of greed and the rich demanding more. We that support peaceful protesters feel that returning to capitalism which we had prior to 2007-08 was the system that helped to create the largest middle class ever. The same thing goes with the best economy the world has ever known. That is why capitalism is much more preferred than fascism or any other system which I am sad to say we have now.

    1. Hi Tim,

My politics aren’t about left and right, but looking at what’s right and wrong. There are plenty of things I disagree about with people from both sides. That said, the only media outlet I’ve seen who give any coverage to the problem of violent radicalism is Sun. I’ll gladly talk to anyone on either side if they are willing to give me a fair listen. I’ve been on CBC, Global and CTV too…

Maybe the Toronto Star will interview you now lol

And I do believe that is Julian Ichim under that mask in the headline picture.

        1. Hey, the Toronto Star gave me a picture credit once! And, yes, that is Ichy in the picture- the craziest Maoist in Toronto (quite an accomplishment)…

  2. I have noticed (from news reports only) that the anarchist left is very violent! The news out of Greece (I started following the country over Golden Dawn) is incredibly violent. And most of them are leftists. (GD is also violent at times towards the immigrants). But the amount of other violence by leftists took me by surprise.

    1. Indeed. It totally blew my mind when I learned what’s been going on with the RadLeft- I never would have believed it before I saw it with my own eyes. I was so astounded that I’ve spent the past couple of years researching, writing and attending their events. And, even today, I’m still constantly amazed…

Lately he has been on this big Irish Republican kick. Maybe he thinks it is 1967.

How do you find these proetest you go to?

    1. One of the great things about social media is that most of these events are posted online. I also have to thank my fellow blogger UndercoverKity, he’s an expert at keeping on top of these things.

  3. Great interview Greg, possibly your best one yet

    1. Thank you. :)

Excellent interview, and I agree with Ezra: you’re doing the work (voluntarily no less) that the paid mainstream media should be doing, rather than sitting at their computers googling.

    1. Now, if only I could find a way to get paid for this. By posting slanderous websites about me the Activistocrats took away my career and left me in poverty. Kinda funny really, considering they say they are battling against poverty…

You weren’t paid for that photo in the Star or your appearances on Ezra’s show?

        1. Nope…

Do you have any information on a man named Khaled Barakat in Vancouver? I attended talk he gave on Palistine tonight and was talking about how Isreali citizens are all terrorists and another man called said “the state of isreal and nazi germany are the same thing”. I could not believe I was hearing this!

    1. No, sorry. But I’ll take a look around and see what I can find…
